Return & Refund Policy

At Marai Kollective, every piece is made to order with care. Production begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received. Because each garment is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect.

  • Your item is damaged upon delivery.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • We are unable to produce your order.

  • The requested replacement item is unavailable.

  • Your return has been approved and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or fabric texture that may occur during production.

Sizing

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you are unsure of your size, feel free to contact us before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the best fit.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
